Now that sports are possible again, we want to quickly take up the refund scheme for the hours not played in November/December 2021 and January 2022. Refunds can be made in two ways: reimbursement of the hours not played or settlement of the amount with the invoice for the next winter season.
Just like last year, we use a form for this. The refund must be requested with this form. The administratively laborious settlement will then be taken up in the coming month.
Unlike last year, we charge an administration fee. After all, the many administrative hours also have to be paid.
There is a page dedicated to the refund. Read that page carefully and only then use the form.
The form must be received by us before 15 February. Then you can expect the refund in March.
