At the well-attended general meeting of LTC Startbaan held on 5 March, Rein Willems, our chairman, was honoured for his great services to the association and the park. He received the membership of merit.
In recent years, Rein led the process of renewing Park Startbaan into what it is today: one of the most beautiful sports parks in the area.
In addition, he has been the director of the Open Startbaan Tournament for a long time, which has grown into a major tennis event that many tennis enthusiasts enjoy very much. The OST 2025 will be held from 14 to 22 June.
