In the last week of February, De Peinder from Hazerswoude started the annual spring maintenance of the clay courts. The drainage pipes have been flushed and new gravel is being applied and mixed with the old gravel. At the time of writing, this is already finished on lanes 9-12 and the lines have been laid. This is followed by maintenance on runways 1-8.
But there is a “beware”. Frost is coming again! That can sometimes cause “a spanner in the works”.
Keep an eye on our website. As soon as the jobs are ready to play, we will notify you immediately. Of course, the jobs are meant to be ready on March 25 or earlier, but then King Winter must have left!
